Explain how performance measurement is both a quality control and risk management
Performance measurement is a regular process of measuring results and outcomes to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, understanding the data from this process, an organization can measure output quality based on the product and services using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). At the same time, the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) data can be used to measure risks to determine the downside in an organization.
