Report on Unitary Theory of Employment
Dear Minister,
To begin with, the Unitary Theory is a business stylistic device that has depicted itself as a bonding factor. The reason is that it aims at private organizations knitting together to achieve the common goal of success in its operation. Therefore concerning my opinions as a Manager for Employment Relations, my response embarks on the existing and the emerging features of Unitary Theory of employment relations in the country's employment sector seeking for Ministry's views you were pertaining this case.
Affirmatively, there has been a rise in new sequencial practices that aim to redefine the Unitary Theory on the side of the private sector. Here, the perception of the culture of the Unitary Theory, where the teamwork strength in the working towards a common goal has been influenced by individualism, a case that the Ministry of Labour and Employment Relation power has been demeaned.
The advantages of the Unitary Theory model of an organization are so significant that the bond between the stakeholders is fostered. In simple terms, there are mutual workings in a case that boosts productivity. Contrarily, due to the teamwork model of handling business operations, there might be cases of overdependence due to interdependence, which will bring the issues o slowdown in conducting organization's activities.
Furthermore, the Unitery Theory model of business organization has depicted itself to face challenges like difficulties in enacting some policies as in team works accommodates many people of varying ideas. Therefore, the Ministry, through you, the Minister for Labour and Employment Relation, should still re-visit the case of the Unitary Theory, where it should enact the system that will favor its application in different organizations.
Best Regards,
Manager for Employment and Labour Relations.
