Expert systems are also known as knowledge based systems. The following are the differences between experts systems and other systems. First, experts systems are portable and they can be available anywhere they are needed unlike the human experts which can only be available at a specific day. Experts systems take shortest time to complete task in contrast to other systems that uses variable time. Unlike expert systems which can be replaceable ,human experts are irreplaceable. The similarities are :both systems can solve problems. Likewise these systems are good at decision making.
