The enterprise is configured to be under the ownership of Promoting Local Innovation (PROLINNOVA) stakeholders.
The evaluation of the viability of the enterprise is in line with funding from external organizations intending to achieve decentralization. Organizations such as PADEP, the PEA, and MVIWATA are set to offer stakeholders financial backing to achieve the enterprise goals.
The proposal is essential as it ensures future success for the enterprise while on the other hand ensuring stakeholders and sponsors receive substantial remunerations.
