This practice reduces risk of data loss which is likely to increase operational emergencies since the company relies on digital technologies to offer services to clients who expect information to be available from the digital platforms. As such disruptions may damage the company's brand leading to loss of revenue.

To remedy the situation Kesari travels should develop a strategy that ensures its systems survive terror attacks. This approach entails conducting a risk analysis and developing business continuity plans that should be pretested to ascertain their effectiveness incase terror occurs.

Additionally, the company should back up its data to cloud data centres to enable replication and recovery. Backing up of data facilitates remote operation and alternative network routes incase of damage to the information technology systems owned by the company.
