As a public relations practitioner at your organisation, describe to management how the organisation can manage its communication intergration process.
Public Relations Practitioners
Public relations practitioners have a significant role in helping individuals and companies in improving their public acceptance. They acquire these practices by communicating their visions, goals, objectives, development, and protecting the company's image. An organization can manage a communication integration process by educating its workers on the critical state of communication within and outside a company. Moreover, they can follow specific communication strategies such as generating and distributing press releases and responding to questions like journalists and the public. Also, they can set up demonstrations and offer promotions in tours and exhibitions. Such practice ensures that a company acquires mutual advantage in business relationships with the responsible public attendants. They determine companies' success, development, or failure, focusing on their objectives and goals (Guo & Anderson, 2018). Public relations practitioners communicate to reliable audiences and other team members. They have to develop confidence in building relationships and communication skills to become greater in their career paths.
