It is a user machine that aids in delivering information that supports operations run tasks, and aids in managing other tasks within different levels of an organization. Therefore, MIS is an important tool in acquiring management aims, visions, and goals. It achieves these by delivering relevant and reliable data collected from consumers. For example, the Ethiopian banking industry is within the information system revolution (SHEGAYE, 2018). The availability of MIS in this sector helps the manager in making decisions.
