Heineken Company limited is the world’s largest and leading developer and marketer of premium bear and cider brands. It is a public corporation listed in the stock market and is located in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia. The company has a leadership structure that prioritizes and drives growth as a global organization. It is managed by diverse group of extensively experienced leaders selected from various areas subject to possession of proven expertise.
The company hires at several levels for given positions. Each position has definite job design, distinct from other jobs. For instance, the senior most level of management is comprised of the chairman executive board who is the chief executive officer and member executive board who is the chief financial officer. The chief executive position is the highest rank of the company, appointed by members of the board during a special annual general meeting. The tasks of the position include, control of all activities in the organization, making major decisions through cooperation with the board of management, and action as the main point of communication.
