Coaching and motivating others
One of the leadership skills a manager should practice is to coach and motivate newly employed people by letting them know how the company operates. Probably the worker might get stranded in using a certain technology in production process such as operating a complicated machine. In such a case, the manager should guide the employee so that he can also guide another employee in future.
Leading by example
A manager should lead by example by following the rules and regulations set by the company. If all workers have to maintain punctuality in the workplace, the manager should lead by example.
