 Bad decisions are made when facts are staring in the face despite which wrong calls are still made.

Wrong decisions are a persons' best guess when they have no way of knowing.

Some of the good managers lack purpose clarity, sometimes when good managers make prejudgements they turn out to be wrong, some good managers will make bad decisions when they don't have facts, and also, complacency by not assessing all the options.

c.

Evaluating the significance, doing research, planning ahead, practicing conflict management, cost-benefit analysis, and narrowing their options.
