Answer
Self-motivation basically means the force that drives a person to do things. Further, people can be motivated by several things, both external and internal, such as desire to do something, love of someone or need for money. Self-motivation drives people to keep moving even when they face set-backs, take up opportunities and show commitment to what they want to achieve. Furthermore, the main constructs impacting on one’s motivation, namely, PQ, IQ, EQ and SQ. To start with, the SQ and EQ intelligences are rarely talked about in leadership circles but intellectual intelligence (IQ) and Emotional intelligence (EQ) are included in the leadership circles. In addition, the Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) and Physical intelligence (PQ) are growing evidence as major factors in determining the success of both leaders and organizations alike. Besides, rating my Physical intelligence, I would rate it 5 as excellent since I have good listening skills and respond to internal messages about my physical self. Since I lack a fit body, I would rate my Physical intelligence as poor (1). In addition, Pain hunger and depression, fatigue and frustration are examples of the PQ.
