Flourishing promotes connection with employees which enables the managers to get direct reports from their employees. Appropriate procedures are used to learn the individual commitments and responsibilities that employees are comfortable with and have the potential to handle the challenges they encounter through their gained strengths. The relationship in the organization is effective and people are open with the groups.

As a result of flourishing there is employees development professionalism as the managers promote collaboration and fostering with the sense of autonomy between members which promotes employees learning. Employees recognize their managers as as supportive and caring resulting well being at the workplace.

Personal attributes are acquired when flourishing is promoted and therefore it is essential to the organization. Expression of certain traits and attributes contributes to positive impact and performance at work increasing the ability to handle changes and improve commitment to the organization thus making work an enjoyable activity to employees.


Languishing in the organization lowers the organization competition and thus its profitability is highly affected resulting to overall failure of the organization.
