According to South Africa labour laws every employee is entitled to 21 days leave per calendar year although the time for proceeding for such employee must be agreed upon between the employee and the employer (Festus et al, 2015). From the advert the station manager is entitled to 21 days leave per year and not 10 days.

Similarly as per the labour laws in South Africa an employee is entitled to a one day off in a week. The station manager is entitled to a one day off per week, however the exact day of the week is at the discretion of the employer and does not necessarily have to be on a weekend.
