According to Max Weber, the establishment was the most critical and rational private businesses and public sectors. Weber's theory is supposed to change generations of business managers. He defines bureaucracy as a great official, designed, and being an impersonal business. 

AIT should focus on its importance and transformation. Its administration should frequently focus on questions of formal organization. It is therefore held that administrative ills can be comparatively adjusted by restructuring. AIT principles should originate from the military. For example, in organizing sectors, departments, and agencies based on strictly related drives, grouping like deeds in on its units, and being a clear-cut chain of command downwards and of roles upwards.

We will examine various kinds of hierarchical constructions and contrasts between them; the contrasts will be founded on "whom will convey whom, to achieve the authoritative goals." There are seven classic designs.

1)In Hierarchical authoritative, data progression will be from a more elevated level to bring down the level.

2)In a practical hierarchical structure, communication will move to start with one utilitarian gathering then onto the next.

To address this problem, there should be an emphasis on the intricate roles of the region to keep the higher education systems and the requirement of enough coverage of education goals. Systems-level strategy contexts need to be brought up and implemented to guide the plans that will require being passed by all stakeholders in the education department. Also, as the institution's increase focuses on raising institutional costs and producing professionals in the labor sector, the university's public reasons are lost to sight. There should be changes in the curriculum to improve the students' educational quality and be benefit lecturers. Additionally, teachers should be trained and supported to execute some aspects of their roles. The stakeholders have to be involved for the smooth implementation of curriculum management.
