A company's success is dependent on both its internal and external environments. The primary distinction between the internal and external business environments is that the internal environment is specific to the firm and has a direct impact on it, but the external environment affects all business groups, not just one. Competitors, suppliers, consumers, employees, and shareholders are all part of the internal environment. The internal environment is a collection of all forces that affect the company organization. Besides, these variables have a short-term impact on the company. SWOT analysis is used to assess the internal environment. Through this analysis, a business entity can decide several things. For example, the company can grow by detecting flaws in their internal environment, such as employee training needs and resource allocations. The outside elements that influence the organizational performance, decision-making, and strategy of all enterprises are referred to as the external environment of a business. It has an impact on similar business groups at the same time, rather than just one corporate organization. PESTLE analysis is the study of the external environment. Social issues, political concerns, ethnic mix, family structure, population size, income distribution, inflation, GDP features, political stability, taxes, and duties are among the elements considered.

Q4b

The planned reopening of schools across Europe had to be postponed. Poor planning is to blame for this dangerous trend. Stakeholders are led to believe that they must jump directly into the project by gathering requirements due to poor project definition and preparation. They believe that if they do a good job on that, they will be ready to start working on the project. That simply isn't the case. In reality, before you begin gathering business needs, you must first complete a definition and planning process. Because of a lack of preparations, the school opening program does not have the backing of stakeholders. Managers were unable to specify the project's primary qualities in advance. Therefore, it's highly usual for important stakeholders to have differing expectations. Those made poor estimates and made a poor scope control. The scope of the event was not defined and agreed upon by the organizers. They found it quite challenging to adequately manage scope throughout the program.

Q4c

Controlling means that Sandys Place's management will be responsible for determining established standards and ensuring that staff performance meets those criteria, and that if employee performance does not meet those criteria, they will take the necessary remedial steps. Management will ensure that the organization's resources are appropriately utilized, that they are used for the organization's growth, and that they are not squandered in any way. They will ensure that the organization's resources are used effectively and efficiently by managing management. Controlling will facilitate formation of standards, measurement of actual performance, compare actual performance with the standard performance, and taking the necessary corrective measures.
