The Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) initiative, a second critical cultural context, offers managers with an additional perspective from which they can better understand how to do well in a foreign setting.

The GLOBE project was influential in indicating how different societies view efficient and inefficient leadership, which is useful for leaders in promoting intercultural exchanges. The research discovered six global leadership traits, which were used to explain how the clusters viewed leadership.

It allows all people to gain insight on how leaders operate differently, how organizations have different ways of interacting, and how that can all depend on the society they operate in.

It has helped the managers by studying cultural dimensions of performance and humane orientation
