To start with, change has become the natural state to do with operations. Rapid growth computing is key to every company otherwise no gains. COVID 19 has brought along several changes. To remain competitive, the 3D firm cannot ignore changes. Organizational change is difficult despite that change is all around us.. Necessary adjustments are done to ensure sustainability but ignored by most companies. Resistance faced by the firm is because of the following;

Confidence is seen in motives and actions of others. Mistrust will destroy an intentioned initiative. The 3D Printing company fears failure and one will need to help team members overcome these fears for success.

Resistance comes in a variety of ways, including moaning, missing important meetings, failing to provide requested information or services, or simply refusing to follow a new process or behavior. The strength of using organized change management from the start of a project is that it can capture and leverage the excitement and positive energy surrounding a change, which can also avoid resistance.
