Agile managers are devoted to the growth of teams and the members to ensure everyone plays their role. Millennials who are used to working with teams will thrive well under this type of leadership. Also, the flexibility of agile leadership attracts millennials, since they will have the freedom to work on the projects they are good at and/or take on challenging and new tasks to add to their skills and knowledge. Agile managers will encourage people to stay because the procedures they use focus on adaptability and growth.
