Brenda is a female professional who is married in community of property to a businessman who owns three business properties in the Central Business District of Windhoek. His business is registered as Cheetah Den CC. In addition to those properties, the couple also owns a house and a farm which are all registered in the name of the husband. Due to the effect of Covid-19 pandemic the business finds its self-unable to pay its debts and has to be liquidated so that creditors can get their dues. Brenda is worried about their properties. She turns to you for advice. You are required to advise Brenda.

Brenda should liquidate one of the business properties to get cash for paying creditors their dues since after the COVID-19 pandemic, things will go back to normal where the two businesses can earn enough profit; which can be used to restore the sold business properties.
