The Concept of Quality

Quality can be related to objective facts or subjective feelings but is a fundamental tool for the property of any good or service that makes it possible to be compared with other goods and services of the same kind (Niavand & Nia, 2019). Quality refers to the set of inherent properties of a product that allows moving implied needs.

Quality can be defined or determined by different aspects, such as product features in the case of a Toyota company, a luxury car designed for elegance and sumptuous comfort, for example, exotic leather seats. Also, another aspect can be the production perspective, where the quality conforms to specifications (Niavand & Nia, 2019). For instance, Toyota has specific designs for a particular type of vehicle they manufacture by ensuring a strict and consistent commitment to exact standards to achieve uniformity of a product to satisfy specific customer requirements.

Maintaining quality is not just a simple choice but a very fundamental aspect of the success of any product or service (Niavand & Nia, 2019). For instance, a company like Toyota that manufactures vehicles should always source the right quality of parts and components from suppliers for manufacturing the motors. Toyota assembling a car from quality materials to make it durable or comfortable or high speed or cruise all terrains will drive the vehicle demandable. Therefore, when the product attracts more demand, it increases sales to the manufacturer, Toyota. Besides increasing sales, quality will help Toyota earn customer trust and a good reputation in the automotive industry.
