Before carrying out the research, Natasha should ensure that he considers the following elements;

a)      Natasha should first choose a research question that interests her and would interest the target academic staff members.

b)     Natasha should consider having research collaborators if it would add value to her research project that entails the state of wellbeing among academic staff members

c)      Natasha also should determine the methodology for her study after a thorough literature review.

d)     She also needs to check if she needs to acquire permission from the members she is researching; she can do this by asking the staff members to avail themselves during the time of study.

e)     Again, she needs to think of how and where to store the data to remain safe and simply retrievable.
