Mission, vision and core values of an organization are always very necessary for an organization as it helps the management in making strategic decisions. Mission and vision provide a vehicle for communicating an organization's purpose and values to all key stakeholders. Mission statement of an organization helps in answering the question What do we do, for whom do we do it, and what is the benefit? The vision statement on the other hand helps people and consumers by knowing what will be the future of the organization. An organizations vision or preferred future must contain information that is realistic, credible, and attractive for the organization in the future. A vision statement would be well thought as it bridges the present with the future while establishing a standard for excellence.

Amazon is the biggest E-commerce platform in present times and is being improving itself, their management and their strategies from the day it was established. Though amazon started by selling books but the company progressed itself in various field and selling almost everything online.
