b. fear of losing job

c. inexperience or lack of understanding of new roles

-The lack of involvement of the employee in the implementation of the reforms would be the primary source of resistance.When workers do not fathom how they fit into the new way of doing things, they become resistant. For instance, If the company wishes to change its focus from sales to marketing,  it will need to retrain some of your salespeople to become marketing representatives, which can be stressful for those workers.

-Change shakes employees' trust and stability, provoking resistance from those who are unsure how they can contribute to the organization in the future.

- Change is also supported by the degree of leadership. In this situation, management may be made up of inexperienced leaders. A good leader should consider all the stakeholders while effecting change. Mnagement should always refer bback to their roles which involve training of employees in cases of change.

-Yes, indeed. To prevent resistance, I will first communicate with employees and other stakeholders on how to make and implement the changes.

The organization is responsible for scheduling meetings to discuss the changes they are making and to provide a platform for input, suggestions, and ideas about how to make such changes as effectively as possible.

-Assure the employees that they will not lose their jobs. Motivate them and plan ahead in case it comes to the worse.

-Employees who understand how they fit into the larger picture are a big part of what makes a company successful.
