A positive attitude involves being optimistic about yourself, interactions, and situations. Positive attitude individuals do not lose hope in situations that are difficult but can remain hopeful. With a positive attitude, favorable results are expected and envisioned with one's state of mind. I was on a leadership assignment project with some of my classmates. We were behind schedule and some of the members gave up and even suggested we look for reasons to request an extension of the deadline from the concerned authority. On my part, I remained optimistic that everything will turn out okay. I even was part of the members that come up with the idea of dividing the project among members and creating some extra discussion time among ourselves. In the end, we were able to deliver the project before the deadline and even performed above our expectations.
