The 3D printing companies are among the affected business enterprise with transitions to remain competitive in the market. Even though progress is always the primary goal of any business, many companies are resistant to make expected adjustments to ensure their sustainability.

 Some of the reason that a nearly developed 3D printing company facing resistance to change includes; The 3D printing company employed lack knowledge about the transition technology and how it will affect their firm. The organization's senior staffs such as managers and engineers are psychologically married to traditional methods in that they cannot endorse changes for implementation failure. Therefore, The concept of uncertainty and reluctance to learn new ideas affect the organization's motives and well-intentioned initiatives.
