Even though progress is always the primary goal of any business, many companies are resistant to make expected adjustments to ensure their sustainability.

 Some of the reason that a nearly developed 3D printing company facing resistance to change includes; The 3D printing company employed lack knowledge about the transition technology and how it will affect their firm. The organization's senior staffs such as managers and engineers are psychologically married to traditional methods in that they cannot endorse changes for implementation failure. 2. Adopt 3D printing incrementally - The company can become familiar with the new technology by using additive manufacturers' devices for regular production, starting with small batches of nonessential components, towards the most critical and fundamental parts. As the technical workers pass each of these phases the more knowledgeable they become.

3. Training employees to evaluate all relevant economic factors - the company should ensure training of all employees to understand the benefit of new modifications and how to implement those changes into the company.
