People born between the late 1980s and the mid-1990s are known as millennials, and they are frequently accused of having an exaggerated sense of their own individuality, an unwarranted sense of superiority, and an extreme case of self-centeredness. As a result, they're often referred to as "Snowflake Generation" members.With such a unique education, millennials will join the workforce fully prepared to make a difference and rule the world.

2.Yes, peer-to-peer leardship would be an excellent choice to manage millennials. Further, millennials, in particular, are more likely to show high levels of participative leadership in their workplace. They place a great deal of emphasis on the social aspects of their employment.
