Think of the different organizations to which you belong. Note the different styles of leadership used by the leader in these organizations. Write a paper describing these individual's style of leading (no names, please) and evaluate the styles being used.
Autocratic leadership. This leader holds singular authority in in the whole organization. He usually makes all key decisions without any consultation with subordinates or team members.He makes all the crucial calls which are then communicated to employees of the organization and they are expected to work on the instructions immediately. He usually prefers taking charge, and when he is receptive to input and feedback, he makes all final decisions according to his own discretion.
