Sam should ensure that his employees are valued as members of the team that are valued and not just as numbers. This can be achieved by ensuring that whenever the organization exceeds, the results should always be celebrated as a team. Sam also needs to transparent with his employees to facilitate free communication in case there is any issue at the workplace.
