a)     Project Integration Management- useful in project management whereby all processes are linked to respective task. Project Integration management starts from the beginning to the closure of the whole project

b)    Project Scope Management-defines the boundaries of amount assigned to each activity and the general whole project.

c)     Project Schedule Management- describes part of project management that stipulates the start and finish dates of tasks. Usually dates are changed but there are limits that are accepted.

d)    Project Cost Management- the concept is useful in the estimation techniques that helps project managers to determine the costs and budgets involved to complete the whole project.

e)     Project Quality Management- refers to the vices that applied to archive successful project completion. These include, quality planning, quality management and quality control (standards and requirements)

f)      Project Resource Management-Three entails the proper management of people, equipment, facilities and any other resources that shall facilitate the success of project.

g)     Project Communication Management- this refers to the development of proper communication policies that will enable controlled, ethical and efficient flow of information among all stakeholders of a project.

h)    Project Risk Management-Project managers are made away by this concept to develop plans in preparedness and mitigation of any unforeseen risks and dangers that may befall the project processes.

i)      Project Procurement Management-Procurement is mostly done by subcontractors but some companies do it by themselves. Procurement management enables managers to work within the time limits and budgets that were projected from the planning stages.

j)      Project Stakeholder Management-Stakeholders play varied roles within the project and Project mangers need to set a mechanism to mange their contribution. Management of stakeholders initiate the project and declare success of projects among other roles.
