On the other hand, planning as management entails that planning is the management's function that involves objectives setting and determination of action courses towards the achievement of the set goals. Planning needs the managers to be aware of the environment's conditions that challenge the organization hence forecasting future requirements.

           Gari business is a business that sells cassava in different forms. It began from a small scale and has tremendously grown across that globe. Since that business is growing, it needs management planning that will help steer its growth vision towards achieving its set targets, for example, it targets to supply more cassava and to many countries in the Western countries. Additionally, the business also needs planning as a management tool that will help set smart and achievable objectives within the stipulated business's time frame.
