This is a new business so i will use functional organization structure

Reasons for selecting the organizational structure.

1. To easily organize workers. Therefore, it will enable me to easily identify the function and areas of every employee.
2. To help organize function by designating employees different task. For example, i would designat sales and marketing, or customer care depending on need.
3. To measure accountability by ensuring there are clear lines of management.This makes it possible to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of my business operations is.
