The COVID-19 pandemic has immensely affected the approaches employees use to meet organizational goals and objectives. One, employees have been forced to reskill to fit the changing environment. For instance, companies have adopted new and advanced technologies that require employees to learn fast. Secondly, most organizations had to downsize their workforces resulting into increased workloads on the remaining employees. Finally, employees now have to work in an environment with strict health and safety precautions to avoid contracting COVID-19, a demand that they are struggling to meet.
