Interviewer: Good morning Miss Sarah. Hope you didn’t have a hard time getting here.

Interviewee: Good morning to you too Madam. Thank you for asking, but my journey here was      smooth.

Q&A

Interviewer: Miss Sarah, I am Jane the IT department manager. From your resume’ you just graduated. Why are you interested in working for our company Miss Sarah?

Interviewee: Thank you for the question Miss Jane. I have always wanted to work in a company that gives me an opportunity to grow my career in IT. From your website your company offers its employees lots of training and opportunities to grow their skills.

Interviewer: Miss Sarah, why did you apply for the IT trainee position?

Interviewee: As a fresh graduate, this position is the perfect opportunity to learn and gradually take more responsibility in a controlled environment. This position is a good foundation for my IT career.

Your questions

Interviewer: Do you have any questions for me Miss Sarah?

Interviewee: Yes, I do. Will I be working alone or with a team? If it is a team can I meet the members?

Interviewer: As an IT trainee, you will be working with a group of interns who are very   cooperative and willing to learn. You will meet them on our way-out Miss Sarah.
