It has been in the forefront to put the basic measures to such as sanitizing, keeping social distance, and furthermore it has facilitated good communication to its people through regular updates. Effective communications is one essential aspect of leadership skills. Also, the government has been able to set Covid-19 response teams to deal with pandemic through enhancing proactive measure to reduce further spreed of the disease. It has also demonstrated empathy with the family who have lost their loved ones to the pandemic. Therefore,the government has demonstrated enough leadership skill in its governance.
