Front line Managers
Front line managers are the most critical group of an organization since they are sensible for most day-to-day business operations. Front line managers make the largest group of leaders in an organization. Front line managers are supervisors of individual contributors, and sometimes they are first time managers. They are often newly promoted to their leadership roles. The front line manager operates at a level where they interact directly with customers. They provide good customer care to the clients for purposes of creating a good rapport. In manufacturing, front line managers oversee the entire production process as assembly line managers. They have the responsibility of leading other employees are controlling the manufacturing plant. Front line managers also have the role of motivating employees in different sections to enhance production. In retail, front line managers have a role of profit and loss of the stores. They also oversight general cleanliness, sales, and performance of other employees.
