Ethiopia and Angola has high population which is essential for MTN in expanding its customer base and eventually profits. Besides that, the these countries have less competitors.Therefore, this will give MTN company an advantage in terms of market share. Besides that, those countries have favorable entry rules. These will assist the company to enter those markets with a lot of ease. Therefore, i will recommend that MTN should go ahead and make use of the high population in Ethiopia and Angola in expanding and increasing its operations. Also i will recommend that the company need make use of cheap and available workforce these countries have in expanding its business.
