Yes I agree that a manager is responsible for the application and performance of knowledge in the organization.
This is because knowledge application helps the employees to apply the knowledge they gain either from inside or outside of the organisation for their own benefit.Also it enhances their capabilities of learning.
The relationship here is that knowledge management allows the employees to use knowledge in business within organization to transform its ability to store and use it in other words it is a valuable tool on how to improve the performance of the employees and that of the entire organization.
