For any business to become successful in the society today, information, communication, technology and management have to work in parallel. A manager needs information to make informed decision, the manager also needs to maintain an active communication with the subjects to ensure that the decisions are executed effective. For effective collection communication of information technology is key. With the right decisions, a manager can only produce quality with modern and effective technologies. From the evil perspective, valuable information has to be cared for because, it easily loose value, it is nearly impossible to stop the flow of information in the existing communication technologies. Communication on the other hand, is becoming faster and more effective, to mean information that gives an organization a competitive edge, can be easily shared to the competition and technology is responsible. In summation, a piece of information can be valuable to an organization when shared within the technological platform created. At the same time, a bad information can as well be shared and destroy a company.
