There is need of introducing technology in an organization since performing tasks manually is tidious, time wasting and making repetitive errors. Management has to encourage specialization so that every individual concentrate in areas where best suited and this will increase profit for the organisation which is demanded by stakeholders. With time, appraisal performance is need to be carried out to determine whether employees are productive in areas of their specialization.
