The Concept of Law presents Hart's theory of legal positivism views the law as a set of rules that are made by humans and that there is no inheritance or necessary connection between law and morality within the framework of analytic philosophy. On the other hand, norm is the general rule, by which the principles of moral conduct and legally accepted before society are governed, the law is the written, formalized and detailed norm that protects the faculty of an individual and obliges in the strict sense to be complied with.
