I agree with sec.of State Blinken because across the federal government, Biden has committed to hiring qualified appointees from among historically underrepresented American communities. prioritizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility is also a national security imperative since all the pillars heavily borrows from the security department.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center provides law enforcement training for 91 federal agencies, several state, local, and tribal agencies, and oversees or assists with training at several International Law Enforcement Academies.
