Economic collapse was also a result of the Asian countries' war. There is a huge divide between communist and capitalist countries, with the latter having a state-run financial plan and the capitalists believing in a free-market economy. Allies divided Germany into two blocks under the Potsdam Agreement. Three great nations emerged as a result of these blocks: Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Both the communist and capitalist systems resulted in substantial fiscal mortgages (Kim et al., 2019). Differences in ideas also resulted in financial duties, which were necessary to avert dislocations and, eventually, peace.
