  1. Linnaeus tested the idea that all living things are related to one another. What ideas were Blumenbach and Camper testing? Blumenach brought up a new scheme of classification that divided humanity into five varieties. Petrus 

on the other hand, believed in monogenesis –the idea all people share a common ancestor- and thought that some groups had drifted further from biblical ideas from others.
