The primary document of the proclamation of Philippine independence is the document that consists of information about the Filipino rebels that lead to the declaration of independence and sovereignty of the Philippines island from Spain colonial rules with the help of general Emilio Aguinaldo who later become the first Republican President of the Philippines. The purpose of the proclamation of Philippine independence was to celebrate the freedom and ownership of land and other agrarian issues from the colonial roles of the Spanish Empire after a long time of suffering and slavery.

However, the declaration of Independence was not recognized by Spain because the Spain government complain about their harsh experience and loss of properties during the war.
