The South African have the right for life, human dignity and security which are protected through the judgement.

In comparison to intention, negligence is a lower kind of blame. It is easier for the prosecution to show and typically results in a shorter term than a conviction for the same action if the type of blame is intentional. As a result, a conviction for criminally negligent homicide usually carries a less term than murder.

The agreement between Alfred and African was not valid because there was not prove for agreement in terms of writing to be used incase of disagreement between the two parties.

The African carpets are not aware of the owner of the showrooms as it was just an opinion which was not justified.
