China ensured that travels restrictions were less to foreigners and gave them permit to stay in the country with a view of doing business in the area. China anticipated businessmen and women to visit their country thus they facilitated their long stay in the country.

In the Chinese policy ,they are much concerned with foreigners bringing competition to the society thus they had to put measures to control the degree of integrating them in the area. The foreign policy deter foreigners from taking money out of the country and this acts as a measure to control integration of foreigners in the country.
