Yes. Prior to World-war 2, Germany and Italy had an outspoken and most powerful far-right governments in inter-war Europe. The two nations were the main Axis powers in Europe in WWII. Nazism and Fascism were two ideologies that were later used during the war interchangeably. With Hitler so powerful and the rise of Mussolini, nothing could have stopped the two countries from staging WWII.
