How poor distribution of services and inadequate infrastructure continues to affect people in rural areas

People in rural areas cannot use modern healthcare services, private or flushing toilets, cannot wash hands and fruits and vegetables because they do not have clean water as a result of poor distribution of services and inadequate infrastructure. Additionally, the most job offers they get are low-paid.
