Explain the journey of a glacier from formation to deposition.
1) Snow and/or water freeze and become ice due to low temperatures. The glacier is formed.
2) Under the influence of heat or terrain instability the glacier starts moving down the incline due to the gravity.
3) As it moves, it carries rock, sand, mud, trees along the way.
4) As it reaches the bottom, it melts or remains frozen.
