In your opinion could the Gishwati forest be restored to its original condition? Give reasons to support your answer.

Hypothetically, it is possible, because proper watering and care can restore the forest. But it would cause big political and social issues. Many people are now living and farming on lands of the forest, and moving them to somewhere would increase social and political tensions. The recovery itself would cost a lot, which is another limitation.
